Contemporary Grey Wood and Metal Shelving Wine Cabinet

This contemporary 3ds Max model of a grey wood and metal wine cabinet features vertical rod detailing and staggered shelving for display. This floor-standing display unit features a sophisticated composition of horizontal wood shelves supported by a rhythmic series of slender, metallic vertical rods. The design balances solid horizontal planes with vertical lightness, creating a semi-transparent screen effect that is ideal for showcasing wine bottles, decorative objects, and books. The wood surfaces exhibit a subtle, linear grain pattern in a cool grey tone, which contrasts with the muted metallic finish of the rod structure. The staggered arrangement of the shelves provides visual interest, allowing for varying heights of items to be placed within the frame.

In 3ds Max, this model is organised into logical layers, separating the primary timber shelving from the delicate metal rod framework. Users can easily adjust the wood texture mapping to suit specific interior lighting conditions or scale the entire assembly to fit custom wall dimensions. Given the geometric nature of the vertical rods, it is recommended to maintain the original pivot points for easy alignment against walls or as a room divider, ensuring efficient integration into your scene hierarchy.

Ideal for residential dining rooms, high-end hospitality lounges, and boutique retail showrooms, this shelving unit serves as an elegant storage solution for beverage collections. It pairs well with modern minimalist furniture and can be used as a feature piece in open-plan living areas to define spaces without obstructing sightlines. Professionals searching for open shelving, wine display cabinets, or decorative room dividers will find this asset versatile for both staging and detailed interior design projects where a refined, architectural aesthetic is required.
