Contemporary Grey Stone Freestanding Bathtub with Chrome Floor-Mounted Faucet

This contemporary grey stone freestanding bathtub, modelled for 3ds Max, features a minimalist oval form and a sleek floor-mounted chrome faucet. This freestanding bathtub features a heavy, solid-form oval basin crafted from a textured grey stone material, providing a natural and grounded aesthetic. The exterior and interior surfaces exhibit a subtle, mottled finish consistent with natural masonry. Accompanying the tub is a tall, floor-mounted faucet finished in polished chrome, which includes a slim vertical stem and integrated hand-held shower attachment. A small, folded beige textile is draped over the rim, adding a sense of scale and realism to the composition. The design maintains clean, simple lines, suitable for high-end modern bathroom interior schemes.

The download is a 19.1 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

When integrating this model into a 3ds Max project, ensure the pivot point is correctly aligned with the base for easy floor-plane placement. Users should apply appropriate stone and metal shaders to the object's mesh components to achieve realistic light interaction and reflections. The model is structured for standard architectural workflows, allowing for straightforward scaling and orientation within a bathroom scene. It is recommended to check the scale against a standard human figure to maintain accurate spatial proportions before final rendering.
