About this asset

This contemporary bathroom scene for SketchUp features a minimalist wall-hung vanity, a stone-clad bathtub, and an arched mirror. This bathroom interior scene is defined by its monochromatic palette and clean, geometric lines. The space features large-format grey stone wall and floor tiles, providing a textured, industrial-inspired backdrop. A floating, wall-hung vanity unit is topped with a light wood surface and a minimalist black rectangular basin. Above, a large arched mirror softens the angular composition. The layout includes a built-in bathtub with a glass partition and a slim black ladder-style towel rail. Warm lighting is provided by a trio of slender, cylindrical pendant lights suspended over the vanity area.

The download is a 12 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

To integrate this SketchUp scene into a larger project, import the file as a component to maintain layer organisation. Users can easily adjust the scale of the tiling textures or swap the vanity components to suit specific client requirements. The lighting setup is pre-configured, allowing for quick testing of render outputs. Ensure the model is placed at the correct floor level relative to the project origin to maintain accurate BIM coordination and spatial alignment throughout the design process.

This asset is suitable for high-end residential renovations, luxury hotel bathroom designs, and contemporary apartment developments. It serves as a base for interior visualisations during the concept and design development stages. Architects and designers can use this scene to quickly populate bathroom layouts, adjust material palettes, or present spatial arrangements to clients. It pairs effectively with modern sanitaryware, neutral stone flooring, and minimalist hardware, making it a versatile choice for any project requiring a refined, modern aesthetic in a compact footprint.
