Contemporary Grey Concrete Kitchen Scene with Island

This contemporary kitchen scene in SketchUp features an L-shaped layout with a central island finished in a textured grey concrete. The assembly comprises a linear run of base and wall cabinetry finished in a light grey concrete texture, paired with a matching central island. Integrated storage includes open shelving with light timber accents, a built-in refrigerator, and a streamlined white range hood. The island provides a breakfast bar overhang with two modern stools featuring slender timber legs and black metal footrests. A minimalist black linear pendant light hangs above the island, complementing the matte black faucet and cabinet hardware. The overall aesthetic is clean and industrial-leaning, focusing on material contrast between the raw concrete surfaces and warm wood details.

The download is a 35.2 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this scene is organised into logical groups and components, allowing for easy placement within larger residential models. Users should check the layer or tag structure to manage visibility for individual elements like the stools or pendant light. Materials are applied as standard textures, which can be easily replaced or adjusted in the material browser to match specific project colour palettes. The model is scaled for standard kitchen heights, making it ready to integrate directly into architectural interior concepts without extensive modification.
