Contemporary Grey and Walnut L-Shaped Kitchen Scene

This contemporary L-shaped kitchen scene for SketchUp features a striking combination of walnut cabinetry and grey matte finishes. This L-shaped kitchen assembly integrates a central island with a slatted walnut base and a white marble-effect countertop. The cabinetry configuration includes floor-to-ceiling grey units, mid-level walnut cupboards, and minimalist grey base units. A marble-effect splashback provides a clean, neutral backdrop, complemented by integrated appliances and a built-in refrigerator. The island is paired with two mid-century style bar stools featuring dark timber seats and slender metal frames. The composition is balanced by open shelving and functional task lighting, creating a cohesive, high-contrast aesthetic suitable for modern residential interiors.

The download is a 25.3 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Designed for SketchUp, this model is structured with logical grouping for ease of placement and modification. Users should manage the geometry using layers to isolate the island, cabinetry, and accessories. Material application relies on standard SketchUp textures, which can be easily swapped or scaled to match specific project requirements. The scene is pre-configured for quick integration into larger floor plans, allowing for immediate adjustments to the overall layout or individual unit dimensions.

Ideally suited for high-end residential kitchen design, this scene serves as an excellent starting point for interior visualisations and space planning. It coordinates well with open-plan living areas, contemporary dining spaces, and minimalist apartment layouts. Professionals searching for a complete, ready-to-render kitchen block will find this assembly efficient for rapid prototyping or client presentations. It pairs effectively with modern decor schemes, timber flooring, and monochromatic colour palettes, providing a versatile foundation for various design narratives.
