Contemporary Charcoal Timber Kitchen Unit with Marble Backsplash

This contemporary 3ds Max kitchen scene features a linear charcoal timber unit with a striking marble backsplash and integrated lighting. The assembly comprises a full-height linear kitchen block finished in a dark, textured charcoal timber veneer. A central recessed zone breaks the massing, featuring a bold, high-contrast marble slab backsplash with integrated shelving and ambient LED strip lighting. The unit incorporates a built-in double oven, a minimalist sink station with a matte black faucet, and an open vertical shelving niche finished in a contrasting warm-toned metal. The cabinetry follows a clean, handleless aesthetic, maintaining a sleek profile suitable for high-end residential interiors where precision in joinery and materiality is required.

The download is a 21.9 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this kitchen assembly is organised by logical grouping, allowing for efficient placement within a larger interior project. Users should verify that the pivot point is aligned with the floor level for easy snapping against wall planes. Materials are assigned via standard material IDs, facilitating quick adjustments to the timber grain or marble map scaling. Lighting is pre-configured with embedded emissive elements in the shelving, which can be managed through the object's layer hierarchy or light list for optimal scene integration.
