Contemporary Beige Laundry Unit with Stacked Appliances

This 3ds Max laundry unit features a stacked washer and dryer integrated within custom beige cabinetry for a clean, contemporary finish. The unit comprises a vertical, floor-to-ceiling storage assembly finished in a soft beige tone with classic shaker-style door detailing. It houses a stacked white washing machine and dryer pair in the left-hand column, with additional tall storage cupboards alongside and overhead. The joinery features minimalist handles and a clean, structured frame that conceals the appliance connections while providing dedicated space for cleaning supplies. The proportions are designed for standard utility room configurations, offering a streamlined aesthetic that keeps laundry functions contained within a cohesive, built-in furniture piece.

The download is an 11.4 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is structured with logical layer naming for easy selection of the appliances versus the joinery. Users should assign high-resolution wood textures to the cabinet carcasses and doors, ensuring mapping coordinates are scaled correctly for the shaker panels. The appliances can be adjusted or replaced independently if necessary. For rendering, apply standard material shaders to the appliance glass and control panels, ensuring proper lighting to highlight the depth of the cabinet mouldings.

This storage unit is intended for residential utility rooms, laundry spaces, or mudrooms where efficient space management is required. It serves as a practical focal point in high-end home interiors, pairing well with tiled floors and neutral wall palettes. Architects and interior designers searching for 'fitted laundry cabinetry', 'stacked appliance housing', or 'utility room storage solutions' will find this model useful for residential project visualisations, particularly during the detailed design and interior fit-out stages of a new build or renovation.
