Orange Contemporary Open-Plan Living Room and Kitchen Scene

This contemporary open-plan SketchUp scene features a vibrant orange sofa, a marble kitchen island, and a prominent brick feature wall. Designed with a sophisticated open-plan layout, this interior scene balances industrial textures with modern comfort. A striking orange fabric sofa serves as the primary seating, contrasted by a sleek, dark-veined marble kitchen island. The space is anchored by a raw brick feature wall, which adds significant warmth and character. Polished grey floor tiles provide a seamless transition between the living and dining zones. The kitchen cabinetry is clean-lined and white, while overhead track lighting and a statement chandelier define the functional areas. Every element is carefully arranged to demonstrate high-end spatial planning and material coordination.

The download is a 337 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Professionals can integrate this scene directly into SketchUp by appending the model to an existing project or using it as a standalone reference for spatial layouts. The file is structured to allow for easy camera positioning and lighting adjustments. Users should check the layer or tag organization to manage visibility of furniture and joinery. Applying high-resolution textures to the marble and brick surfaces will further enhance the visual output when using external rendering engines for final presentations.
