About this asset

This 3ds Max scene features a luxury neoclassical open-plan living room and kitchen, defined by a tufted green velvet sofa. Centred around a deep emerald-green tufted velvet sofa, this interior scene balances neoclassical architectural details with a contemporary open-plan layout. The space features a prominent arched wall niche with integrated shelving and a built-in window seat, flanked by custom cabinetry. A dual-level circular coffee table with a white marble top sits on a brass-accented base. The adjacent kitchen area incorporates grey shaker-style cabinetry, a white subway tile backsplash, and a modern chandelier. High-end finishes, including brass hardware and refined lighting fixtures, create a cohesive, sophisticated atmosphere suitable for high-quality architectural visualisation.

The download is a 524 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene. Open it in 3ds Max; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Designers can utilise this 3ds Max file to rapidly populate residential project renders by merging the scene into an existing master file. The assets are organised for efficient manipulation, allowing for easy adjustment of camera angles, lighting intensity, and material mapping. Best practice involves checking the scene scale against your project units upon import, then tweaking the V-Ray or Corona light settings to match your specific interior environment and desired mood before final production rendering.

Ideal for residential interior design projects, this scene works well for high-end apartment or house visualisations during the concept or design development stages. It pairs effectively with modern luxury furniture sets and can be adapted to suit various colour palettes by modifying the fabric and cabinet textures. Professionals searching for elegant open-plan layouts, neoclassical living spaces, or sophisticated kitchen-living room combinations will find this asset a time-saving solution for client presentations and marketing imagery.
