Modern Wood and Glass Modular Office Pod

This modern modular office pod, rendered in 3ds Max, features a timber-clad frame and a full-height glass front for private work zones. Designed as a self-contained acoustic or private workspace, this modular office pod features a robust timber frame construction. The structure is defined by its clean, linear geometry, combining natural wood cladding with a transparent glass facade that integrates a full-length metal door handle. Internally, the space is minimalist, finished in neutral tones to ensure adaptability for various corporate or commercial environments. A small step leads into the interior, which is delineated from the surrounding floor plane, creating a distinct, quiet zone suitable for focused tasks or confidential meetings within an open-plan office setting.

The download is a 12.8 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

When integrating this 3ds Max scene into a project, users should treat it as a high-level component within the scene hierarchy. The model is structured to allow for quick placement into larger floor plans. Designers can adjust the material IDs for the timber cladding to match specific interior palettes, while the glass panels are set up for standard transparency and reflection maps. Lighting settings should be checked to ensure compatibility with the existing render engine setup, typically requiring minor adjustments to the HDRI or local environment light.
