About this asset

This modern open-plan living and dining room 3ds Max scene features a sage green colour palette and contemporary furniture. Defined by a soft, cohesive sage green and neutral palette, this interior scene balances clean lines with organic textures. The dining area includes a light timber-top table with a slim black metal frame, paired with minimalist chairs featuring white upholstered seats and wood backrests. Adjacent is a living space anchored by a textured grey rug, a knitted pouf, and a light-toned sofa. The walls are finished with graphic arched paint details in sage, creating a subtle architectural rhythm. Recessed ceiling lighting and a linear pendant fixture provide layered illumination throughout the space.

The file is scaled to real-world dimensions, making it straightforward to merge into larger residential projects or to adjust the camera angles for specific interior views without remapping textures.

It is well-suited for developers or architects needing to demonstrate open-plan living arrangements in contemporary urban housing projects. Designers can use this to quickly iterate on colour schemes or furniture layouts by swapping the existing assets. It pairs effectively with projects requiring a light, airy aesthetic, frequently searched by professionals as a modern living-dining set for high-end residential marketing materials.
