About this asset

This modern children room scene for SketchUp features a cohesive sage and natural wood palette with integrated custom joinery. Centred around a double bed with a timber frame, the room layout incorporates a full-height wardrobe with open shelving and a dedicated study area. The colour scheme balances soft sage green walls against the warmth of natural wood flooring and matching desk surfaces. Decorative wall panelling behind the bed headboard provides a textured focal point, complemented by round animal-themed artwork. White chairs and bedding maintain a bright, airy aesthetic, while recessed warm lighting within the shelving units adds depth to the overall composition. The space is efficiently planned to maximise utility for both sleeping and studying.

The download is a 47 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Designed as a complete SketchUp file, this scene allows for immediate placement and adjustment of individual components. Users can easily manipulate the geometry, update surface textures, or modify the lighting setup to suit specific project requirements. The model is structured to support rapid rendering workflows, providing a ready-to-use base that can be populated with additional assets or refined through layer management to achieve the desired visual outcome within the native software environment.

Ideal for residential interior design projects, this scene serves as a professional reference for children bedroom layouts. It is particularly useful for architects and interior designers developing concepts for family homes, apartments, or boutique housing developments.
