About this asset

This modern kids playroom 3ds Max scene features a soft pastel aesthetic, integrated ball pit, and mezzanine play area. Designed for a vibrant children's environment, this scene incorporates a soft palette of pinks, whites, and greys. It features a central circular play table surrounded by upholstered cube ottomans, adjacent to a structured ball pit area with an integrated cartoon character display. The architecture includes distinctive arched wall cut-outs and a timber-slatted mezzanine level accessible by a rope-netting partition. Custom joinery with educational lettering, integrated cove lighting, and a wooden train toy set complete the space. The proportions are balanced to encourage both active play and quiet learning activities.

The download is a 22.1 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene. Open it in 3ds Max; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

This 3ds Max scene is structured for immediate rendering, with all geometry, furniture, and lighting set up within the file. Professionals should manage the scene using layers to isolate the mezzanine, play equipment, and lighting fixtures. Materials are mapped for quick adjustments, allowing designers to easily swap textures or modify the lighting temperature to suit specific project requirements. Using the native file structure, users can reposition cameras or adjust the scene scale to fit into larger architectural floor plans.

Ideal for residential interior design, daycare centres, or boutique educational facilities, this scene provides a high-quality base for visualising interactive children's spaces. It is particularly effective for projects requiring a playful yet contemporary aesthetic. Designers can incorporate this model into presentations for clients looking to maximise space with creative joinery and multi-level play areas.
