About this asset

This modern outdoor terrace scene for SketchUp features a curated dining area with a terrazzo table and integrated kitchen. This comprehensive outdoor dining scene showcases a contemporary terrace design defined by clean lines and natural textures. The central focus is a robust dining table topped with light-toned terrazzo, supported by a dark metal frame. It is accompanied by four woven-texture chairs with minimalist metal legs. The surrounding architecture includes timber-slatted ceilings, white block-work privacy walls, and integrated concrete planters filled with ornamental grasses. A functional outdoor kitchen unit with a sink and fluted cabinetry completes the space, while string lights and recessed ceiling fixtures provide ambient illumination for evening use.

The download is a 153 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Designers can drop this pre-assembled scene directly into a SketchUp master plan to instantly populate an outdoor living area. The file is structured to allow for easy repositioning of the furniture or modification of the surrounding planters and screens. Users should ensure their light-mapping and material reflections are optimized for the specific render engine in use, particularly for the glass balustrade and terrazzo surfaces, to achieve the most realistic lighting interaction within the native environment.

Ideal for residential architecture, luxury apartment developments, and hospitality projects such as boutique hotel rooftops or upscale restaurant terraces. This scene is particularly effective for presenting alfresco dining concepts to clients during the design development phase. Professionals looking for high-quality outdoor living assets will find this layout useful for visualizing integrated kitchen-dining zones, pairing well with exterior landscaping elements, modern architectural facades, and urban balcony designs where space efficiency and high-end material palettes are key requirements.
