Modern Neutral Open-Plan Living Room Scene

This modern open-plan living room 3ds Max scene features a curated furniture arrangement with a natural wood and neutral palette. This fully furnished interior scene showcases a balanced open-plan living and dining layout. The space is anchored by a raw-edged tree-trunk coffee table, paired with a black leather lounge chair and a minimalist rocking chair. The dining area features a solid timber table with woven chairs and sculptural stools positioned at a kitchen island. The walls are finished in a soft, textured beige plaster, complementing the light-toned timber flooring. Warm lighting is provided by stacked, textured pendant lights and a slender floor lamp, creating a cohesive, sophisticated atmosphere suitable for high-end residential visualisation projects.

The download is a 553 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Professionals can integrate this 3ds Max scene directly into their projects by merging the file into an existing master model. The scene is organised with logical layer structures, allowing for easy selection and adjustment of individual assets. Users should verify light intensity and material mappings upon import to ensure compatibility with their specific project lighting setup. The assets are scaled for standard residential heights, making it straightforward to reposition cameras or swap out individual furniture pieces to better suit specific design requirements.
