About this asset

Contemporary smoked glass eight-light chandelier 3ds Max model featuring a dual-tone metal branching armature and tinted spherical globes. This linear pendant luminaire is structured around a slender horizontal central spine in a black powder-coated finish, flanked by staggered perpendicular brass stems. Eight spherical shades crafted from translucent smoked glass enclose warm interior filament bulbs, diffusing an ambient glow across horizontal planes. Thin ceiling suspension cables and a vertical conduit support the fixture, ensuring balanced overhead mounting. Delicate brass accents at the lamp holders contrast against the dark frame, delivering a refined mid-century or modern aesthetic suitable for contemporary interior schemes.

The download is a 9.2 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Designed for interior visualisation in 3ds Max, the luminaire features grouped components to facilitate simple height adjustments along the suspension cables. Glass refraction and metallic reflection shaders are cleanly assigned across modular material IDs. Users can insert the asset into overhead ceiling layouts, link warm point lights or photometric emitters within the spherical diffusers, and tune luminous flux directly to match project lighting schedules.

Suited to residential and hospitality interiors, this horizontal fixture anchors formal dining rooms, kitchen islands, rectangular conference tables, and hotel executive suites. Designers commonly specify linear multi-arm chandeliers or globe pendants above long credenzas and banquet seating to provide distributed illumination without visual clutter. The fixture pairs effortlessly with dark timber dining tables, marble countertops, and slimline architectural downlights in concept development and client presentations.
