About this asset

This modern open-plan apartment scene for 3ds Max features a sophisticated neutral palette with herringbone timber floors and slatted wall detailing. Defined by a clean, contemporary aesthetic, this interior scene integrates a cohesive living and dining space. The flooring is laid in a light-toned herringbone pattern, complementing the vertical timber slat wall that acts as a primary architectural feature. A minimalist television wall panel with a floating dark grey console provides a sleek focal point, while the dining area is anchored by a dark table and a mix of charcoal and terracotta-toned chairs. Subtle lighting, including a singular pendant and recessed ceiling spots, balances the soft, neutral textures of the upholstery and drapery throughout the room.

The download is a 191 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene. Open it in 3ds Max; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.
