About this asset

This contemporary living room scene for SketchUp features a modular fabric sofa, leather lounge chair, and stone coffee tables. Presented as a fully furnished interior scene, this composition centres on a modular sofa upholstered in a neutral beige fabric, accented by a contrasting tan chaise section. A light-toned wood-framed lounge chair with leather strapping provides additional seating, while a pair of nested coffee tables—one with a terrazzo-style finish and the other in solid white—anchor the arrangement. The setting includes a large, soft grey area rug, a minimalist floor lamp, and a decorative wooden stool. Architectural details include a recessed wall niche with floating shelves and a black metal room divider.

The download is a 370 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Professionals can integrate this scene directly into SketchUp projects to establish a base for interior visualisations. The model is organised with grouped components, allowing for easy repositioning or scaling of individual furniture elements. Users should check layer or tag structures to toggle visibility of decorative accessories. Materials are applied as standard textures, which can be easily replaced or adjusted within the material editor to match specific project requirements or to experiment with different colour palettes and lighting conditions.

This asset is ideal for residential interior design projects, particularly for conceptual development or final presentation renderings. It works well in open-plan layouts where a cohesive, modern living space is required. Architects and designers can use this scene to quickly populate floor plans or to demonstrate furniture placement and spatial flow. The neutral aesthetic pairs seamlessly with various finishes, making it a versatile choice for styling apartments, luxury homes, or show-suite visualisations where a sophisticated, balanced atmosphere is essential.
