About this asset

This modern preschool classroom scene for SketchUp features a playful mushroom-themed shelving unit and soft seating areas. This comprehensive interior scene captures a contemporary preschool environment designed with a focus on soft, organic shapes and a warm, playful palette. The centrepiece is a large, custom-built shelving unit shaped like a mushroom, integrating storage with a low-level platform. The space is furnished with light timber dining sets, rounded chairs in soft blush tones, and various modular floor cushions in deep blue and neutral hues. Ceiling-mounted balloon-style light fixtures and recessed circular lighting create a rhythmic overhead pattern, while large windows with Roman blinds provide ample natural light to the open-plan layout.

The download is a 81.6 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

To integrate this SketchUp scene into a project, import the file as a component or merge it directly into your working master file. The assets are organised by layer, allowing for easy selection, scaling, or modification of individual furniture pieces like the tables or storage units. Materials are mapped for standard rendering engines, though you may need to re-link textures depending on your local file structure. Use the scene as a base for customising educational layouts or for rapid visualisation of nursery interiors.

Ideal for architects and interior designers working on early childhood education facilities, nurseries, or private playrooms, this scene provides a ready-to-use template for conceptual design stages. It pairs well with soft, tactile material palettes and light wood textures. Professionals might search for this asset when developing childcare centre layouts, kindergarten interiors, or residential playroom designs. The composition is structured to demonstrate scale and spatial flow in a commercial or institutional setting, offering a polished starting point for client presentations.
