About this asset

This modern kids room scene, modelled in 3ds Max, features a bespoke bunk bed with integrated rope netting and play zone. Designed for a contemporary child's bedroom, this scene focuses on a multi-functional bunk bed system finished in a muted grey palette. The lower level includes a tufted floor mattress, while the upper bunk is secured by a high-strength rope safety net. A vertical ladder provides access, and a rope-suspended swing adds a playful element. Custom cabinetry and open shelving units are integrated into the wall panels, providing storage for books and toys. A minimalist 'Play' neon sign serves as a focal point, complemented by light timber flooring and a soft, textured area rug.

The download is a 210 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

This 3ds Max scene is structured for immediate integration into architectural visualisations. The assets are organised by layer, allowing for easy adjustment of individual furniture components or lighting elements. Users can modify the scene by swapping textures on the tufted mattress or adjusting the intensity of the neon sign and recessed ceiling lighting. The file is pre-configured with standard material slots, enabling quick application of custom maps to match specific project requirements during the final rendering phase.
