Modern Grey and Wood Open-Plan Living Room Scene in Brown

This modern open-plan living room scene for SketchUp features a warm wood and grey palette with integrated staircase detailing. This comprehensive interior scene captures an open-plan layout connecting a living area to a kitchen. The design centres on a feature wall clad in vertical timber slats and marble, housing a flat-screen television and integrated shelving. A grey sectional sofa and matching ottoman provide the primary seating, complemented by a low-profile timber coffee table. A vertical timber screen separates the lounge from the staircase, while hanging plants add a biophilic element. The floor is finished in polished marble tiles, creating a bright, reflective base that contrasts with the warm, textured wood elements throughout the space.

The download is a 384 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Professionals can utilise this SketchUp file as a foundational base for residential interior visualisation. The model is structured for efficient navigation, allowing users to toggle layers for furniture, lighting, and structural elements. To integrate this into a project, import the file into your current workspace, scale the components to match your site dimensions, and re-map textures as required. The scene is pre-lit with internal lighting fixtures, providing a ready-to-render environment that can be adjusted using standard rendering plugins for SketchUp.
