Modern Grey and Wood Kids Bedroom Scene

This modern kids bedroom scene is a complete SketchUp model featuring a celestial-themed feature wall and custom timber-slat joinery. Designed for a children's bedroom, this scene showcases a central bed flanked by low-profile nightstands and full-height storage units. The focal point is a large, illuminated moon-shaped feature on the wall, accented by floating star motifs and an astronaut graphic. Vertical timber slat cladding provides texture, contrasting with the soft grey upholstered bed frame and neutral-toned cabinetry. The layout integrates functional storage with playful decor, balancing a clean, contemporary aesthetic with whimsical elements. Every component, including the soft furnishings, lighting fixtures, and decorative toys, is arranged to create a cohesive, ready-to-render environment for child-centric residential interiors.

The download is a 269 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Professionals can utilise this SketchUp model as a foundational template for residential design projects. The file contains pre-configured geometry and lighting setups, allowing for immediate material adjustments or layout modifications. Users should treat this as a starting point, verifying that layer organisation and texture mapping align with their specific project requirements. Due to the complexity of the scene, it is recommended to manage the model using components to maintain performance when integrating these assets into larger architectural or interior design proposals.
