About this asset

This modern 3ds Max living room scene features a sleek marble fireplace, chevron timber flooring, and a neutral fabric sofa. Defined by a sophisticated monochromatic palette, this interior scene centres on a floor-to-ceiling media wall with integrated shelving and a linear fireplace set into a monolithic marble hearth. The flooring is laid in a classic chevron pattern, providing texture against the clean lines of the white fabric sofa and geometric rug. A low-profile coffee table sits centrally, while recessed downlights and floor-level accent lighting create a layered, atmospheric mood. The space is partitioned by a sculptural wall element, separating the living area from adjacent zones while maintaining an open, airy flow.

The download is a 2016 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene. Open it in 3ds Max; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Professionals can utilise this scene as a base for high-end residential visualisations by merging it into an existing project file. The geometry is organised into logical layers, allowing for easy adjustment of individual furniture components or lighting parameters. Users should check the material assignments and texture paths upon loading to ensure consistency with the native renderer settings. Adjusting the HDRI or light intensity within the scene environment provides immediate control over the final mood and exposure of the architectural space.

This asset is suited for high-end residential projects, including luxury apartment design and penthouse visualisations. It pairs well with contemporary interior schemes that emphasise natural stone and minimalist joinery. Architects and interior designers often search for such scenes to expedite client presentations or marketing collateral for off-plan developments. The composition works effectively for medium-to-wide angle camera shots in living room renders, providing a ready-made backdrop that saves time on modelling and detailing complex fireplace and joinery elements.
