Modern Blue Velvet Living Room Scene

This modern living room SketchUp model features a modular blue velvet sectional sofa and a curated selection of contemporary accent furniture. This comprehensive living room scene showcases a low-profile modular sectional sofa upholstered in deep blue velvet, serving as the primary anchor. The composition is balanced by a minimalist circular coffee table, a sculptural lounge chair in muted plum fabric, and a matching ottoman. Architectural details include a clean, neutral wall treatment with integrated linear lighting and recessed ceiling tracks. The floor is finished in large-format charcoal tiles, softened by a expansive light grey area rug. The overall aesthetic is refined and orderly, utilising a sophisticated palette of blues, greys, and matte black metal accents.

The download is a 125 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Designed for rapid visualisation, this SketchUp scene comes fully assembled with geometry, materials, and lighting configurations already established. Users can append the model directly into existing project files or use it as a standalone base for render development. The layers are organised to allow for easy modification of textures or the swapping of individual furniture components. It is recommended to check the scale against project-specific floor plans and adjust the lighting intensity to match the desired time of day or atmosphere.
