Japandi White and Wood Open-Plan Living Room Scene

This Japandi open-plan living room and kitchen SketchUp scene features a raised timber platform and warm mustard accents. Defined by a serene Japandi aesthetic, this interior scene centres on a raised timber platform that creates a distinct lounge zone within an open-plan layout. The space incorporates a low-profile coffee table, floor cushions, and a sculptural mustard-coloured lounge chair. Overhead, timber ceiling beams add architectural rhythm, complemented by minimalist white cabinetry and integrated lighting. The material palette balances warm natural wood tones with crisp white walls and soft textile textures. The composition is finished with floor-to-ceiling curtains and delicate pendant lighting, creating a calm, cohesive environment suitable for high-end residential visualisation and concept development.

The download is a 130 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Utilise this SketchUp model as a foundational template for interior visualisation projects. The file is structured with pre-applied materials and lighting setups, allowing for immediate scene rendering. Users can modify the layout by adjusting the modular furniture components or swapping textures to suit specific project requirements. Ensure all geometry is grouped by category to maintain scene organisation, and leverage the existing camera viewpoints to establish initial compositions before finalising lighting adjustments with a compatible render engine.
