About this asset

This Japandi living room scene for SketchUp features a cohesive cream and terracotta palette with integrated dining and lounge zones. Centred around a clean, minimalist aesthetic, this interior scene balances natural wood elements with a soft, warm colour scheme. The space incorporates a white upholstered sofa paired with a tiered wooden coffee table, set against a two-tone wall featuring a prominent arched alcove. A matching wooden dining set sits to the side, complemented by a decorative altar shelf within the arch. The floor is finished in polished white marble, while a patterned area rug anchors the seating area. Every detail, from the textured cushions to the integrated slatted screen, emphasises a serene, functional living environment.

The download is a 177 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Utilise this SketchUp scene as a foundational reference for residential interior projects. The model is structured to allow for easy manipulation of individual components, such as the dining chairs or coffee table, which can be extracted as separate entities. Users should verify material paths and texture mapping upon initial load. Adjust the global lighting settings to match specific project requirements, ensuring that the existing geometry serves as a baseline for further customisation and material refinement within the native environment.

Ideal for residential design proposals, this scene works well in apartment or townhouse projects requiring a contemporary or Japandi aesthetic. It provides a ready-made layout for living and dining configurations, making it a valuable asset during the concept development stage. Professionals can integrate this model to quickly populate visualisations or to study spatial flow between dining and lounge areas. It pairs seamlessly with neutral-toned furniture and soft textiles, fitting perfectly into projects that prioritise warmth, minimalism, and functional, uncluttered living spaces.
