Industrial Grey Metal Utility Power Poles Scene

This 3ds Max scene features two industrial metal power poles with integrated street lighting and connecting power lines. This model set includes two vertical utility poles constructed from grey metal, each fitted with an overhead street light fixture. The poles are connected by a series of horizontal power lines, creating a complete infrastructure segment. The geometry is clean and functional, reflecting standard urban utility design. The poles feature mounting hardware and brackets for the cabling, while the luminaires are positioned at the top for downward light distribution. The entire assembly is presented as a cohesive unit, providing a realistic representation of common electrical grid infrastructure found in modern urban and suburban environments.

The download is a 4.6 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this scene is structured for immediate integration into larger urban masterplans or site visualisations. Users can easily merge the file into an existing project, ensuring the scale is checked against the site plan. The objects are grouped, allowing for straightforward placement along roads or pathways. If needed, the power lines can be adjusted or re-routed using vertex manipulation to better suit specific site topography, while materials can be swapped to reflect weathered or painted metal finishes.

Ideal for landscape architects and urban designers, this asset is essential for populating external scenes, such as streetscapes, industrial zones, or transport corridors. It provides necessary detail for background context in architectural visualisations, helping to ground projects in reality. Professionals searching for utility infrastructure, electrical grid components, or street lighting assets will find this set highly practical. It pairs well with road models, pavement textures, and other urban site furniture to create authentic, lived-in environments for planning presentations or high-end renderings.
