Industrial Concrete Retail Interior Scene

This industrial SketchUp retail interior scene features raw concrete finishes, metal pipe displays, and a central desk. The space is defined by an industrial aesthetic, centred around a robust, concrete-clad display counter with integrated lower shelving and under-cabinet LED lighting. A dark-stained timber tabletop extends from the counter, paired with modern ergonomic office chairs. The walls and flooring are finished in textured grey concrete, providing a neutral backdrop for the clothing displays. A modular system of dark metal pipes forms the wall-mounted garment racks and shelving units, creating a stark, functional look. Linear ceiling lights run parallel to the racking, while subtle track lighting highlights the merchandise, creating a clean, professional retail environment.

The download is a 319 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Professionals can utilise this SketchUp model as a foundational layout for retail projects. The scene is organised into logical groups, allowing for easy adjustment of lighting intensity, material mapping, or the addition of custom assets. Users should verify the scale against their specific floor plans before integrating additional furniture. The model is well-suited for quick visualisation, enabling designers to swap out textures or modify the shelving configuration to suit specific brand identities while maintaining the established industrial lighting scheme.
