Grey Contemporary Open-Plan Living Room Scene

This contemporary open-plan living room and kitchen scene for SketchUp features a curated palette of grey, blush, and red accents. Designed with a sophisticated open-plan layout, this interior scene balances clean lines with rich textures. The living zone centres on a low-profile, modular charcoal grey sofa, complemented by a white-topped coffee table with cylindrical timber supports. A striking, high-backed red armchair provides a bold focal point, while a textured rug anchors the space. In the background, a minimalist kitchen features dark wood cabinetry and a stone-topped island with sleek bar stools. Architectural details include a mezzanine level, oversized circular pendant lighting, and muted blush wall panels that define the seating area.

The download is a 76.5 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Utilise this SketchUp file as a master template for rapid project visualisation. The scene is structured with organised layers, allowing for easy toggling of furniture, lighting, and architectural elements. Users can swap materials using the native material browser, adjust natural light settings through the shadow tool, or integrate additional assets to customise the space. The file is optimised for quick viewport navigation, making it an efficient starting point for developing high-end residential interior concepts without needing to model the base structure from scratch.
