About this asset

This contemporary open-plan living and dining room scene for 3ds Max features a neutral palette with terrazzo and fabric textures. This fully furnished interior scene showcases a balanced open-plan layout, integrating a comfortable living area with a dedicated dining space. The dining zone is anchored by a rectangular terrazzo-topped table supported by minimalist dark metal bases, paired with upholstered chairs in complementary earth tones. Adjacent to this, the living area includes a plush, fabric-upholstered sofa and a low-profile coffee table. A floor-to-ceiling black-framed glass partition defines the spatial boundaries without sacrificing light. Natural wood flooring runs throughout the space, while a large abstract wall art piece adds a focal point to the neutral interior.

The download is a 555 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene. Open it in 3ds Max; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.
