About this asset

This contemporary living room interior SketchUp scene features a modular white sofa, marble coffee table, and dark slat wall. Defined by a sharp monochrome palette, this interior scene centres on a deep-seated modular sofa upholstered in off-white fabric. A low-profile coffee table with a white veined marble top and light timber edge sits on a large, two-tone area rug. The backdrop is dominated by a full-height black timber slat wall, providing a strong vertical contrast to the neutral furniture. A sculptural, curved lounge chair adds a fluid organic shape to the composition, while a sleek floor lamp and minimalist track lighting complete the refined, high-end aesthetic of the space.

The download is a 135 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Designed as a comprehensive SketchUp project, this model is structured for immediate rendering. Users should check the layer organisation to toggle between furniture components and architectural elements. Materials are mapped with appropriate textures, allowing for quick adjustments to bump or reflection maps if using external render plugins. The lighting setup is pre-configured, making this file ideal for testing light intensities and shadow angles before finalising the scene for client presentations or portfolio work.

This scene is suitable for residential luxury developments, high-end apartment marketing, or boutique hotel lobby visualisations. It serves as a strong foundation for interior design projects requiring a sophisticated, modern atmosphere. Professionals can easily adapt the layout for open-plan living areas, pairing the existing furniture with custom joinery or additional soft furnishings.
