About this asset

This contemporary living room scene for SketchUp features a white sectional sofa, a peach lounge chair, and a marble coffee table. This professional interior scene presents a balanced contemporary living area. A large white sectional sofa serves as the primary seating, complemented by a distinctive, sculptural peach-coloured armchair. The central coffee table arrangement consists of a cylindrical white marble base paired with a black-framed glass-topped table. Additional elements include a slim floor lamp, a minimalist pendant light, and a large abstract artwork. Textures are carefully layered, combining smooth fabric upholstery, polished stone surfaces, and matte metal frames to create a clean, sophisticated atmosphere suitable for high-end residential visualisation and development projects.

The download is a 77.1 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Users can integrate this scene directly into SketchUp workflows as a starting point for residential interior studies. The file is structured to allow for easy manipulation of individual components, enabling designers to swap textures or adjust the lighting environment. When working with this model, ensure that layers are managed effectively to maintain performance, especially when incorporating additional high-poly assets or complex lighting setups for final render output.

This scene is ideal for residential projects, particularly in living room design and open-plan apartment layouts. It provides a ready-to-use composition for interior designers and visualisers seeking a contemporary aesthetic. The neutral palette and sculptural furniture pieces pair well with minimalist or modern architectural interiors. Professionals often search for this type of asset when developing concept presentations, client mood boards, or final high-quality renders for marketing materials in the residential sector.
