About this asset

This contemporary 8-seater dining set for 3ds Max features a round white marble table with a rotating centre and fabric-upholstered chairs. The dining set features a large, circular white marble tabletop supported by a sturdy, dark wood base, incorporating a central rotating serving disc (lazy susan) in matching dark wood. Accompanying the table are eight chairs characterized by a curved, semi-circular backrest frame made of dark timber. The backrests are finished with a delicate, light-coloured geometric lattice fabric, while the seat cushions provide a clean, neutral contrast. The chairs sit on distinctive, loop-style sled bases that echo the primary wood finish, creating a cohesive, balanced aesthetic suitable for sophisticated interior schemes.

The download is a 19.6 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 9 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is organised into logical layers, allowing for efficient material adjustments and object manipulation. Users should ensure the pivot points for the rotating centre are correctly aligned if animation is required. The textures for the marble and fabric are mapped to standard procedural or bitmap slots; applying custom environment lighting or an HDRI will help capture the subtle reflections on the tabletop surface and the depth of the wood grain across the chair frames.

Ideal for high-end residential dining rooms, luxury hotel suites, or private clubhouse projects, this dining set serves as a strong focal point. It pairs well with minimalist or contemporary decor, providing a functional yet elegant solution for large-scale entertaining. Professionals searching for modern dining solutions with a touch of classic refinement will find this set highly adaptable. It integrates seamlessly into scenes requiring a sophisticated, communal eating area, complementing both open-plan living spaces and formal dining environments with its clean, geometric lines.
