Contemporary Open-Plan Living and Dining Room Scene in Grey

This 3ds Max interior scene features a contemporary open-plan living and dining room with a distinct metallic column and herringbone flooring. The space is anchored by a large, modular, cream-coloured fabric sofa positioned against a floor-to-ceiling black shelving unit. A central feature is the cylindrical polished metal column that provides a high-contrast industrial accent. The dining area includes a circular table paired with upholstered chairs, illuminated by a spherical cluster pendant light. Herringbone-patterned light wood flooring runs throughout, complemented by a muted grey area rug. The composition balances clean, minimalist lines with textured materials, creating a sophisticated environment suitable for high-end residential visualisation projects requiring a refined, modern aesthetic.

The download is a 457 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene. Open it in 3ds Max; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.
