About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max interior scene features an open-plan living and dining area defined by navy fabric upholstery and oak accents. The space balances deep navy tones with warm light-oak wood panelling and dark floor tiles. A central dining area features a minimalist timber table paired with mid-century style chairs with leather-look seats. In the adjoining lounge, a plush navy sectional sofa faces a wall-mounted television, illuminated by a slim, linear black pendant light. The room maintains a sleek, uncluttered aesthetic, with hidden storage and a glass-partitioned office visible in the background. Every element, from the floor-to-ceiling sheer curtains to the carefully placed decorative vase, contributes to a cohesive, high-end residential atmosphere.
