About this asset

This SketchUp model features a set of two modern black aluminium windows, complete with integrated venetian blinds and wood sills. This set includes two window configurations, each framed in a sleek black aluminium finish. The design incorporates a natural wood sill at the base, providing a warm contrast to the dark frame. Both units are fitted with horizontal venetian blinds, one shown in a metallic finish and the other in a solid black. The glazing is clear, showcasing a subtle curtain detail behind the panes. These units are constructed with clean, geometric lines, making them suitable for contemporary architectural applications where frame profile and material integration are essential for visual consistency.

Professionals can integrate these assets into SketchUp projects by importing them as components. Each window is organised for easy scaling and placement within wall assemblies. Users should ensure the insertion point aligns with the exterior face of the wall for correct depth. Material textures, including the aluminium frames and wooden sills, are mapped for high-quality rendering, allowing for simple colour adjustments via the material browser to match specific project requirements or interior palettes.

These window units are ideal for residential developments, modern apartment blocks, and contemporary office fit-outs. They pair well with minimalist interior styles and can be used in both new-build projects and renovation visualisations. Architects and interior designers will find these useful for creating realistic facade details or interior light studies.
