Contemporary Mustard Yellow Living Room Scene

This contemporary living room scene for SketchUp features a mustard yellow sofa, charcoal armchairs, and a curated decor set. This curated living room scene presents a balanced contemporary arrangement anchored by a low-profile, tufted mustard yellow sofa. The seating group includes two charcoal-toned, shell-shaped lounge chairs that contrast with the central piece. A slender black metal coffee table sits atop a textured grey rug, providing a clean geometric foundation. Overhead, a sculptural antler-inspired chandelier adds a dramatic focal point. The background includes a sideboard with a patterned front, a large abstract framed artwork, and floor lamps with black shades, creating a complete, ready-to-render composition for interior design visualizations.

The download is a 50.6 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Designed for SketchUp, this scene is structured as a collection of grouped components, allowing for easy selection and modification of individual furniture pieces. Users can leverage the native layer system to toggle specific decor items or lighting elements, or adjust the scene scale to fit custom room dimensions. The materials are mapped for immediate rendering, though users may need to re-link texture paths if they appear missing upon opening the file in different versions of the software.

Ideal for residential interior design projects, this scene serves as a foundation for concept development or high-quality presentation renders. It is well-suited for luxury apartment living room layouts, hotel lobbies, or upscale lounge areas.
