Contemporary Living Room Scene with Herringbone Flooring

This contemporary living room SketchUp scene features a sophisticated open-plan layout with herringbone wood flooring and integrated glass partitions. This professional-grade interior scene showcases a balanced contemporary aesthetic, anchored by light-toned herringbone timber flooring. The composition includes a circular coffee table with a robust pedestal base, paired with a curved, light-coloured armchair and a vibrant blue accent chair. A dedicated dining zone sits adjacent to full-height, rich terracotta-toned curtains. The space is divided by a black-framed, frosted glass partition that provides visual separation while maintaining an airy, light-filled atmosphere. Every element, from the floral centrepiece to the minimalist pendant light, is curated to demonstrate high-end residential styling and thoughtful material layering.

The download is a 257 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Users can leverage this SketchUp model as a comprehensive base for interior visualisation projects. The file structure allows for easy manipulation of furniture assets, enabling designers to swap out individual components or adjust the layout to suit specific floor plans. Material maps are pre-applied, facilitating quick rendering workflows when combined with external plugins. Professionals should check layer visibility and texture paths upon import to ensure seamless integration into existing project templates and lighting environments.
