Contemporary Grey Marble Open-Plan Living Room Scene

This contemporary open-plan living and dining room SketchUp scene features a dark, sophisticated palette with marble accents. Defined by a moody, high-contrast aesthetic, this interior scene centres on a tufted grey sofa paired with a low-profile oval coffee table featuring a speckled base. The media wall incorporates dark vertical timber panelling and a large black marble slab framing the television. A reflective black ceiling finish adds depth, punctuated by a modern circular pendant light. The dining area continues the theme with upholstered chairs and a glass-topped table. Rich timber flooring grounds the space, while subtle grey textiles and soft lighting create a cohesive, high-end residential atmosphere suitable for luxury apartment visualisations.

The download is a 134 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Users can leverage this SketchUp scene as a primary reference for lighting and material layering in similar contemporary projects. The file includes grouped geometry which allows for easy isolation of furniture pieces, such as the coffee table or lighting fixtures, for use in other models. Professionals should verify layer organisation upon opening to manage visibility of individual elements. Texture mapping is pre-applied, providing a baseline for adjusting reflective properties or swapping finishes to match specific project requirements during the final rendering stage.
