About this asset

This contemporary living room scene for SketchUp features a curated selection of furniture arranged within a space defined by detailed wall panelling. The composition centres on a deep-seated, modular fabric sofa in a light grey finish, complemented by a low-profile coffee table with a contrasting dark stone top and wooden frame. A sculptural, dark grey armchair provides a focal point, balanced by a cylindrical side table and a matching ottoman. Overhead, a large, intricate branch-style pendant light anchors the seating area, while classic wall mouldings add architectural depth. The palette remains neutral, layering various shades of grey and beige against natural wood accents to create a cohesive, sophisticated atmosphere suitable for high-end residential interiors.

The download is a 84.2 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Users can integrate this SketchUp model directly into existing projects to establish a base for high-quality visualisations. The file is structured to allow for easy camera placement and lighting adjustments, making it efficient for quick design iterations. Professionals should manage the scene through the layer panel to toggle individual furniture items or lighting elements, ensuring optimal viewport performance while preparing for final rendering with external plugins or native tools.

This living room scene is ideal for residential design concepts, luxury apartment staging, or hotel lobby visualisations where a refined, contemporary aesthetic is required. It pairs well with minimalist decor or high-contrast accent pieces, providing a versatile foundation for interior design presentations.
