Contemporary Grey Leather Living Room Scene

This contemporary living room scene for SketchUp features a grey leather sectional sofa and a marble fireplace in a refined, open-plan layout. This high-end living room scene showcases a spacious, contemporary aesthetic defined by clean lines and a curated material palette. The focal point is a low-profile, light grey leather sectional sofa arranged opposite a bespoke white marble fireplace and integrated TV wall unit. Natural wood flooring provides warmth, contrasting with the crisp white wall panelling and metallic accents. The room includes a feature aquarium, a statement pendant light, and a minimalist coffee table. Every element, from the soft drapery to the recessed lighting tracks, is positioned to create a balanced, high-fidelity environment suitable for architectural visualisation.

The download is a 277 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Users can integrate this scene into SketchUp by merging the file into an existing project or using it as a standalone base for render development. The model is structured with logical grouping, allowing for easy adjustment of camera angles or individual furniture items. Materials are applied to standard faces, making it straightforward to swap textures or adjust UV mapping. For optimal results in rendering plugins, ensure all geometry is correctly oriented and light sources are mapped to appropriate emissive or area light settings.
