Contemporary Grey Fabric Open-Plan Living Room Scene – Variant 4

This contemporary open-plan living room scene for SketchUp features a curated arrangement of grey fabric seating and warm wood accents. The scene presents a sophisticated open-plan living area anchored by a grey fabric sofa with a black-and-white throw. A hexagonal black marble coffee table serves as a central focal point, complemented by a tan leather-look armchair with patterned upholstery. The backdrop incorporates a striking grey marble feature wall adorned with circular illuminated art, alongside vertical timber wall panelling. A dining zone is integrated into the space, featuring a modern table and chairs, while a staircase with a black metal balustrade and a small indoor cactus garden defines the transition to the upper floor.

The download is a 321 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Users can import this SketchUp scene directly into projects to establish a base for high-end residential visualisations. The model is organised to allow for easy camera positioning and quick adjustments to lighting setups. Materials are applied to standard surfaces, enabling designers to swap textures or adjust colour palettes efficiently. Best practice involves checking the layer structure upon loading to manage visibility of individual furniture components and lighting elements, ensuring the file remains performant during rendering within the native environment or external plugins.
