Contemporary Grey Fabric Open-Plan Living Room Scene in White

This contemporary open-plan living room SketchUp scene features a sleek grey fabric sectional sofa and integrated wood paneling. This professional interior scene showcases a refined open-plan layout, blending a living area with an adjacent dining zone. The living space is anchored by a low-profile grey fabric sectional sofa, paired with a dark-tinted glass coffee table. Architectural wall detailing includes vertical timber slat cladding and smooth grey panels, accented by recessed linear LED lighting. The dining area features modern chairs with tan leather-look seats and white backrests, set against a dark, minimalist backdrop. The composition is balanced by a monochromatic rug and sheer white floor-to-ceiling curtains, creating a cohesive, high-end residential aesthetic.

The download is a 606 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Users can integrate this SketchUp scene into their projects by importing the file directly into an existing model. The scene is structured to allow for easy camera placement and lighting adjustments within the native environment. Textures and material mappings are pre-applied, enabling quick rendering setups. Designers should verify that layer visibility and component groupings are maintained upon merging to ensure the scene remains manageable for further customisation or architectural refinement in large-scale residential BIM workflows.
