Contemporary Grey Fabric Open-Plan Kitchen Living Scene

This contemporary open-plan kitchen and living room SketchUp scene features a tufted grey sofa, concrete island, and warm wood flooring. This professional interior scene presents a cohesive open-plan layout blending kitchen and living zones. A central feature is the monolithic, curved concrete kitchen island paired with timber stools. The kitchen cabinetry is finished in a clean light grey, complemented by white marble-look splashback tiles. The living area centers on a tufted, light blue-grey sofa placed atop a textured circular rug, accompanied by a minimalist curved wooden coffee table. A decorative arched wall niche with integrated lighting and a circular woven wall hanging adds a soft, organic focal point to the neutral, well-balanced space.

The download is a 310 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Utilise this SketchUp scene as a foundational reference for residential interior projects. The model is structured for efficient navigation, allowing users to toggle layers for furniture, cabinetry, and lighting components. Best practice involves checking the material mapping upon import to ensure texture fidelity. The lighting setup can be adjusted by modifying the intensity of the included recessed downlights and track fixtures. Users should verify that all assets remain grouped to maintain scene integrity while scaling or repositioning elements within the primary living space.
