Contemporary Grey and Marble Open-Plan Living Scene

This contemporary open-plan apartment scene for SketchUp features a sophisticated living and dining area with marble accents. This high-end interior scene showcases a balanced open-plan layout, defined by dark vertical timber wall panelling and large-format white marble slab wall cladding. The living zone centres on a low-profile sectional sofa in neutral tones, complemented by a minimalist light-wood coffee table and a sculptural ring pendant light. Adjacent, the dining area includes a sleek table set with upholstered chairs featuring metallic accents. The materials palette relies on the contrast between natural wood floorboards, soft grey textiles, and reflective surfaces, creating a cohesive, layered atmosphere suitable for high-end residential visualisation projects.

The download is a 228 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Professionals can utilise this SketchUp model as a foundational base for interior design presentations. The file is structured to allow for easy adjustment of camera angles and lighting setups, which are already configured within the scene. Users should check the layer organisation upon loading to manage furniture groups and lighting components efficiently. Applying high-resolution textures to the marble and wood surfaces will further enhance the output when paired with external rendering plugins commonly used for architectural visualisation workflows.
