This contemporary open-plan living and dining scene for SketchUp features a neutral palette with leather and fabric furniture. This comprehensive interior scene showcases a high-end, open-plan living and dining area defined by a sophisticated, neutral aesthetic. A large dining table with a light wood top serves as the transition to the kitchen area. The space is anchored by white marble flooring with dark veining and floor-to-ceiling glazing. Integrated cabinetry, minimalist lighting, and curated decorative elements complete the composition, providing a cohesive, high-quality environment for architectural visualization.

The download is a 181 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Designed for immediate integration into architectural workflows, this SketchUp model is structured to allow for quick camera placement and render setup. Users can easily adjust the lighting environment or swap textures within the native SketchUp layers to match specific project requirements. The scene is organized to facilitate efficient navigation, allowing for the isolation of individual furniture components if needed for other layouts. Standard practice involves checking the material mapping and light intensity settings prior to rendering to ensure consistency with the master scene.
