Contemporary Grey and Black Open-Plan Living-Kitchen Scene

This contemporary open-plan living-kitchen scene for SketchUp features a refined dark palette with leather upholstery and marble accents. This professional interior scene presents a cohesive open-plan layout integrating a kitchen zone and a lounge area. The kitchen features dark cabinetry, illuminated glass-fronted upper units, and high-contrast black marble backsplashes. A central black leather sofa serves as the primary anchor, paired with a low-profile white oval coffee table with metallic legs. A swivel armchair with patterned upholstery adds texture alongside a minimalist side table. The flooring consists of large-format grey stone tiles, while integrated ceiling lighting and recessed tracks define the functional zones within the unified, sophisticated residential space.

The download is a 245 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Designed for rapid architectural visualisation, this SketchUp scene includes pre-configured geometry and material assignments. Users can import this file to serve as a base for custom interiors by adjusting the existing lighting parameters or swapping individual assets within the model. The organisation utilises logical layering, allowing for the easy isolation of kitchen cabinetry, furniture, or architectural shells.
