About this asset

This contemporary living room scene for SketchUp features a plush green velvet sofa, marble coffee table, and curated gallery wall. Centred around a deep-seated, modular green velvet sofa, this interior scene balances rich textures with clean, modern lines. The coffee table features a circular white marble top supported by a dark, arched timber base, grounding the arrangement. A gallery wall behind the sofa displays a mix of framed art, including classical busts and geometric patterns, set against a backdrop of subtle patterned wallpaper and green wainscoting. To the side, a fluted white pedestal table and a white refrigerator provide functional accents, while the herringbone timber flooring adds warmth and visual movement to the composition.

The download is a 110 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Designed for rapid interior visualisation, this SketchUp model provides a pre-configured environment for quick rendering workflows. Users can easily adjust the scene by toggling layers to swap out individual decor items or re-mapping textures to suit specific project palettes. The geometry is organised to allow for easy scaling of the sofa or repositioning of the wall art. For final output, ensure all textures are correctly linked in your preferred render engine, and use the existing lighting setup as a base for custom HDRI illumination.

This scene is well-suited for high-end residential projects, particularly in living room design, apartment staging, or boutique hospitality interiors. It serves as an effective base for designers looking to present a polished, eclectic aesthetic to clients. Professionals can utilise this asset to quickly establish a mood board or as a starting point for a full-scale interior rendering. It pairs effectively with bold colour schemes and minimalist furniture, making it a versatile resource for architects and interior designers working on contemporary residential developments.
