About this asset

This Oriental dark wood dining set for 3ds Max features a square table and four benches with traditional joinery details. This traditional dining set consists of a central square table accompanied by four matching benches, all finished in a deep, dark wood tone. The design draws from classic Oriental aesthetics, featuring clean lines, slightly tapered legs, and subtle decorative bracing under the table apron and bench seats. The table surface is flat with a subtle frame, providing a formal yet minimalist profile. Each bench is designed to tuck neatly against the table sides, creating a compact and symmetrical footprint. Simple table settings and a decorative vase are included to complete the scene.

The download is a 13 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 5 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Users can import this 3ds Max asset directly into their scene, where each component is organized by layer for easy manipulation or individual placement. The wood textures are mapped to standard materials, allowing for quick adjustments to reflection or glossiness settings to suit specific lighting environments. Because the benches are separate objects, designers can easily arrange them in different configurations around the table or redistribute them throughout a larger interior space to maintain consistency in materials and style across the project.

Ideal for residential dining rooms, tea rooms, or boutique hospitality settings, this set provides an authentic look for projects requiring a cultural or traditional touch. It pairs well with minimalist interior schemes or rich, dark-toned wood environments. Professionals searching for dining furniture that balances historical form with contemporary simplicity will find this model useful for architectural visualizations, interior design concepts, and heritage-focused renovation studies. It integrates seamlessly into both modern and classic floor plans where a compact, square dining solution is required.
