Contemporary Green and Purple Open-Plan Living Room Scene

This SketchUp interior scene features a vibrant contemporary open-plan living room with bold green modular seating and a spiral staircase. Centred around a low-profile, button-tufted modular sofa in lime green, this interior scene defines a high-contrast contemporary aesthetic. The layout incorporates a matching armchair and a circular wooden coffee table, all grounded by a textured blue rug. Architectural interest is provided by a striking lime green spiral staircase and deep blue wall panelling. The ceiling features a complex, layered curved bulkhead design with integrated lighting. The connected kitchen area continues the theme with bright green cabinetry and purple dining chairs, creating a cohesive, bold, and highly saturated colour palette throughout the space.

The download is a 178 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Utilising this SketchUp scene requires managing layers to isolate individual furniture components from the architectural shell. Designers can adjust the lighting setup by modifying the emissive properties of the ceiling coves and pendant fixtures. Materials are mapped to standard SketchUp geometry, allowing for quick texture swapping or refinement in external render engines. The file is structured for architectural visualisation, enabling users to place cameras for interior perspectives or modify the layout by toggling the visibility of specific furniture groups.
